How Automatic Syncing Works
LocalOptics automatically syncs with your connected Google accounts every 4 hours. This means any changes made to your Google Business Profile — whether inside LocalOptics or directly in Google — will be reflected in your dashboard within 4 hours without any action needed on your part.
💡 Good to know: In most cases the automatic sync is all you need. Manual syncing is useful when you've just made a change and want to see it reflected immediately, without waiting for the next scheduled sync.
How to Manually Sync All Google Accounts
If you want to trigger an immediate sync across all your connected Google accounts, follow these steps:
Step 1 — Open the account menu Click on your email address or account icon in the top right corner of any LocalOptics page. A dropdown menu will appear.
Step 2 — Click Google Accounts Select Google Accounts from the dropdown menu. This opens the Google Accounts management page.
Step 3 — Click the Sync button On the right side of the Google Accounts page, you'll see a Sync button next to each connected account. Click it to trigger an immediate sync for that account.
LocalOptics will begin pulling the latest data from Google right away.
